Acknowledgment and Thanks
It is with great pleasure and deep respect, that the editor expresses his sincere gratitude to all contributors for their most thoughtful and valuable cooperation, which made this presentation possible. The processing of the videoclips were carried out at the Video Studio of Charité Hospital by Elke Ludwig, supported by the whole team, with greatest enthusiasm - a good reason to thank them. The same is true for the nice people of SERVI Verlag, who worked very hard and far beyond the available budget to realize this project. And finally, the support by ATMOS is highly appreciated.

Comments
Of course, the document is far from being complete. It is nothing more than a first step, but it is a step on a way, which may be interesting to follow also in the future. All colleagues and friends from all over the world are cordially invited to join the group and add more details to this basic version in the internet.

In spite of the editor's endeavors for a more or less homogenous structure regarding contents and format, the individual contributions vary considerably. This is quite natural and reflects nothing but the wide individual variety of the contributing personalities and their perspectives.

Finally, the quality of some of the home-made videos does not at all meet professional standards. Nevertheless, let us accept them as, in parts, unique documents, that may enrich this presentation and add life to plain historical paper information.

Depending on computer capacities and drive speed, problems of synchronization concerning images and sound may occur occasionally. Then, please, copy to hard disk.
